Valle Justina  /  Guest Guide

Please read before you arrive

Guest guide & agreement

These apply to every guest on the property — overnight rooms, camping, and day pass visitors. Sending a reservation, camping, or day pass request means you have read and agree to what is below.

  1. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM. Arriving earlier or leaving later than this is by arrangement only — message us ahead so we can check if it is free. Late check-out without arrangement may be charged as an extra night.

  2. Registration and valid ID

The person who made the booking must present a valid government ID matching the name on the reservation at check-in. Every guest staying overnight, camping, or on a day visit is asked to sign in at the gate for headcount and safety.

  3. Payment and reservations

Rooms are held for a limited time once your request is sent; the booking is confirmed only once your deposit or full payment is verified by the resort. Day pass and camping tickets are pay-first: payment must be sent and the reference entered before the ticket is issued. Cancellations made at least 3 days before your scheduled check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made later, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

  4. Swimming pool

Swimming is free for overnight guests. Non-guests must have a valid day pass ticket, shown at the gate or poolside on request. No lifeguard is on duty — children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and non-swimmers should stay in the shallow end. Diving, running, and horseplay at the pool edge are not allowed, out of respect for other guests and their own safety. Glass containers are not allowed in or around the pool.

  5. Rooms and property

Guests are responsible for the condition of their room and any resort property used during their stay. Damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. Please report any existing damage at check-in so it is not charged to you at check-out.

  6. Camping

Tents, whether rented or your own, must be pitched only in the marked camping ground. Open flames and bonfires are allowed only in designated fire areas and must be fully put out before you sleep or leave the site. Camping guests are responsible for their own gear and belongings.

  7. Noise and quiet hours

We are a small mountaintop property and sound carries. Please keep noise considerate after 10:00 PM so other guests can rest. Music and speakers are welcome earlier in the evening at a reasonable volume.

  8. Smoking and alcohol

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas, away from other guests and any tents. Alcohol may be consumed responsibly by guests of legal drinking age; the resort reserves the right to ask any visibly intoxicated guest to stop or to leave for the safety of everyone on the property.

  9. Pets

Pets are welcome, as long as you let us know before you arrive. Owners are responsible for their pet's behaviour, safety, and any mess or damage.

  10. Outside food and catering

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks unless the resort has arranged catering for an exclusive-use event. Please take your trash to the bins provided, or bring it back down with you if bins are full.

  11. Vehicles and parking

Parking is available on the property at your own risk; please drive slowly and carefully on the road up, for your safety and everyone else's.

  12. Right to refuse or end a stay

The resort may refuse service or ask a guest to leave, without refund, for behaviour that endangers other guests or staff, causes serious property damage, or seriously disrupts other guests' stay.

  13. Weather and events beyond our control

The resort is on a mountain and open-air by nature. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, some amenities such as the pool or camping ground may be temporarily unavailable for guest safety. We will let you know as soon as we are aware, and do our best to work out a fair arrangement with you.

  14. Photography

The resort may take photographs of the property and events for its own marketing. If you would rather not appear in any resort photography, please let staff know at check-in.

By sending a reservation, camping registration, or day pass request through this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to this guide on behalf of your whole party, including any minors travelling with you.
